Co-Founder

Kevin Clark is the co-founder of City Books, bringing deep experience in both corporate finance and HOA management. With an Executive MBA and a successful exit from a full-service management company, he understands the operational and financial challenges HOAs face. Known for his strategic mindset, integrity, and commitment to client success, Kevin leads City Books with a focus on clarity, trust, and value-driven service. He’s passionate about building strong teams, mentoring others, and creating financial systems that empower communities to thrive.

James Bradley

Co-Founder

James Bradley is a seasoned financial strategist based in Charlotte, NC, with extensive expertise in banking, association management, and strategic advisory. Currently serving as Principal-In-Charge and Chief Strategist at Black Box Advisory, James specializes in guiding businesses through growth strategies, strategic acquisitions, and revenue optimization. His impressive background includes leadership roles with BB&T Association Services (now South State Bank Association Prime), where he directed regional strategies and client relations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. With additional experience as a land-use planner and previous ownership of an association management firm, James brings a multifaceted perspective and deep financial acumen to his role, helping organizations achieve sustained success and operational excellence.

Claire Riendeau

President

Claire is the President and Co-Founder of City Books Financials, bringing over 13 years of experience in the Charlotte real estate market. Formerly the owner of PMI Queen City, a successful HOA management company, Claire has built a career on deep industry knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to client service. Known for her strategic thinking and approachable leadership style, she balances her professional life with a love of travel—especially to Europe—exploring new restaurants, hiking, and diving into a good book.
